The versatility and beauty of the Japanese hand towel, also known as “Tenugui”. This lightweight and highly absorbent towel is for drying hands and bodies, as well as for use as a sunshade or wrapping. The Tenugui's unique characteristics make it thinner and more absorbent than Western towels.

The colorful designs on these Tenugui towels are created using a special silk-screen printing technique that ensures the colors remain vibrant even after multiple washes. Printed with a specially designed ink for cloth, the stunning designs without worrying about color fading.

Each towel is made in Gujo City, Gunma Prefecture, the birthplace of silk screen printing.
