Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping for U.S. customers based in the contiguous United States who order $200 or more. Orders with free shipping will be shipped via the most economical delivery method. If you have a specific date you need the order by, please contact us at hello@iimono.us. We currently do not ship to P.O. Box addresses at this time.

Please allow up to 3-5 working days for handling after an order has been placed to ship from our warehouse. You will receive an email notification with a tracking number after your order has shipped. Please wait up to 24 hours for the tracking info to generate and remember to check your spam folder. 

Due to the increase of FRAUD orders, if your billing and shipping address is different, we will reach out to you to verify your information. If we do not hear back within 3 business days from the time the email was sent, we will automatically cancel your order and issue you a refund minus the 10% cancellation fee. This policy applies to both in-stock and preorders.

Please note that shipping carriers may experience unexpected delaysOnce your package has been picked up by the shipping carriers, delivery times are out of our control. If your package delivery is late, we recommend you reach out to the shipping carrier directly as they can help you. 

Damage, Theft, and Lost Claims
iimono shall not be held liable or responsible for the actions resulting in damaged, theft, or lost packages by shipping carriers. All transactions fall under the policies of package protection and insurance provide ROUTE. Please note that no claims can be filed within 5 days or less of being marked as delivered.

ROUTE's General Guidelines and Information:

Marked As Delivered (Stolen Package):

  • Claims can be submitted no earlier than 5 days and no later than 15 days from when the package was marked delivered on the tracking page.
  • Orders over $100 USD require a police report.

In Transit (Lost Package):

  • Claims can be submitted no earlier than 7 days and no later than 30 days from the last update showing on the tracking page, and no later than 60 days from the order date.

Damaged:

  • Damaged items must include photos of the package and the item(s), and the claim is submitted no later than 15 days from when the package was marked delivered on the tracking page.

How to file a claim with ROUTE:

Step 1. Check your original order confirmation to make sure you purchased Route package protection. If you did not, you will need to contact the shipment carrier.

Step 2. Simply head over to https://claims.route.com/

Step 3. Enter the email address used on your order along with the order number including the # symbol. 

Step 4. Follow the workflow to file your desired type of claim (this option will not be available if you are attempting to file a claim within 5 days or less of being marked as delivered)
