Japanese Sakura Cherry Blossom Soup Bowls - Brown

Warm, thick design soup bowl made in Japan. These bowls are for serving a salad, side dishes, soup and more. The technique of repeating "wiping lacquer" is applied and then wiped off repeatedly with a cotton cloth. Also called suri-urushi. It makes it possible to show the texture and beautiful grain of the wood while giving strength to the vessel. This product is made of natural wood. They are not exactly the same as in the photo.
