Dry Bonito Flakes (Katsuobushi) Shaver Wooden Box Steel Blade

It can make bonito flakes at home.

Tips:

Wrap the box in a steamed towel for about 10 minutes to moisten them before shaving. This will also prevent the blade from chipping. Hold the box so that it does not move, and allow the bonito flakes to move back and forth horizontally against the blade. Be careful not to hold the blade out too far, as this may cause chipping of the blade.

Care Guide:
