In Japan, there are many nutritious foods called superfoods. It can say the typical ones are Natto and Miso. They sell in every supermarket in Japan and are usually served on the table as Japanese home cooking. Both have unique taste and smell and are nutritious food that's worth acquiring a taste for. Eating these products is usually said to strengthen the immune system and bones, prevent heart disease, and aid in food digestion. With the help of these products, Japanese people tend to stay slim. Also, dishes and cups are smaller than those used in the United States. It can say that the Japanese people don’t eat much. Although there are popular foods in the United States such as pizza and burgers, it is not customary to eat those types of food in Japan. The typical Japanese meal contains rice, miso soup, salmon, and a couple pickled side dishes.
